🎁 Enter code ZSjyNi in IN-match3 settings and get a generous signup bonus! 💎
We're going to look at two situations. The first one is a simple one. You don't have an IN-MATCH3 character, you have already created an Immutable account as described in the article Creating an account in Immutable. In this case, just follow the instructions in the first section. If you already have an IN-MATCH3 character, then go straight to the second section, so that you don't have to read the third section with the description of fixing errors of character creation.
In any case, it is very important to create an Immutable account in advance as described in this article: Creating an Immutable account.
If you already have a character in IN-MATCH3 and want to tie authorization to it via an Immutable account, go straight to the next section.
First of all, open your browser and log in with your Immutable account, if you have not done it before.
On the IN-MATCH3 authorization window, simply click the Immutable button. The control should go to your browser, where you will see a series of confirmation requests...
WARNING: After you have confirmed all requests, switch back to IN-MATCH3. If you still see the login window - repeat the steps from pressing the Immutable button. Sometimes it may be necessary to perform these operations 2-3 times.
After the character creation is done - you will see a game window where you will have a character with an unreadable name.
Congratulations! You have created a character.
The first thing we'll do is check the settings.
After you enter the referral code ZSjyNi and get the reward for it, notice that you should have a bold dot next to the Immutable logo. This means that the linking of your Immutable account was successful.
WARNING: If you don't see a bold dot near Immutable, it means that there was an error during the character creation process. You need to click the “Exit” button on the same screen, start IN-MATCH3 again and authorize through Immutable again. Automatic login may occur, which is also a good sign that the binding has occurred, but it will still be useful to go in and check the settings afterwards.
One more test - let's go into the Web3 inventory. You should see a screen like this.
If you see any error messages - then you need to log out and log in with your Immutable account again.
The last step let's change the name of our character. To do this, click on the character's portrait
Then you should click on the name change icon, enter the name of the character you want to use and click on the green button. The first name change after automatic registration is free of charge.
WARNING: If you created a character, for example, through Apple and specified a name during creation, then even the first name change will be paid for you.
First of all, open your browser and log in with your Immutable account, if you haven't done it before.
WARNING: If you are in a sanctioned country, don't forget to enable VPN beforehand.
Next, log in as your main character and go to settings. Make sure you don't have a binding to Immutable yet and have a binding to your main authorization methods.
For example, I have an Apple binding on my account and I'm logged in under it. You can see this by the bold dots above the authorization sevris icons.
Now click on the Immutable logo and confirm connection to IN-MATCH3.
When the message that you can close the window appears, switch to IN-MATCH3.
If the bold button above the Immutable logo does not appear in the settings, click the Immutable logo again. Probably the binding will not work the first time.
If you see any error message in IN-MATCH3 - don't be alarmed. Close IN-MATCH3 completely and run it again. This is most likely a sign of successful binding. After restarting, log in the same old way as before, because you should try to log in via Immutable after you see the Immutable binding in your account settings.
WARNING! It is very important that you see two bold dots above your old method of authorization and on Immutable BEFORE the first attempt to login through Immutable to avoid creating a new, separate character.
Also don't forget to enter the referral code ZSjyNi and get rewarded for it.
There may be a situation when when trying to link an Immutable account to an existing IN-MATCH3 account, you failed to link the accounts and created a new character linked to Immutable. This situation is not difficult to fix.
The first thing we need to do is to log in under the Immutable account and go to the account settings.
The sign that it is an extra account is just one bold dot near the Immutable icon. If it was your main, old account, we would see the same bold dot next to the other authorization method.
WARNING: If you have a very old account, where you log in with your username and password, you should additionally check the name and level of your character, so that you don't accidentally delete your main account.
After all the checks, click "Delete this account".
A form to confirm account deletion will appear. You need to follow the instructions on it, namely - slide the slider to the right and click the "Delete" button three times.
After these operations, you will find yourself on the authorization page.
To ensure that all data is cleared, I recommend uninstalling and reinstalling the IN-MATCH3 application and clearing all browser data for *.immutable.com sites, refresh the https://play.immutable.com/ page.
